Helpful and Emergency Contacts
For some challenges in your life, you may need to call for help:
If there are issues that you think you can solve with some help, first talk to your social support: a friend, a family member or your partner. If you don’t have a social support that can help you, call your coach.
Let your coach know if you have unusual symptoms that last more than a couple of weeks or if they are causing major problems in your life.
